According
to our fact-finding activities, as a result of the fires set by the Azerbaijani
servicemen since August 29, a total of 270 hectares of pastures and around 150
hectares of grasslands have been burnt as of 16:00 p.m. today.
The
grass, which people have harvested and stored for the winter is also being
destroyed.
Moreover,
several residents of Kut village alerted the Human Rights Defender that they
have suffered heavy material losses, the grasslands and the harvested grass
have been burnt, as well as the forage harvester of one of the residents.
