Every year the Human Rights Defender publishes and submits to the National Assembly an Annual Report on his activities in the past year, as well as on the state of protection of human rights and freedoms, until March 31.
During the first quarter of each year the Defender, as a National Preventive Mechanism, publishes and submits to the National Assembly a separate report on the activities aimed at prevention of torture and other forms of ill-treatment in the previous year during.
Annual reports from different years contain both analysis of the problems in certain areas and specific proposals for their solution.
