Within the framework of effective
cooperation with the Constitutional Court, all applications sent to the court
on the issue of constitutionality are submitted to the Defender, about which
amicus brief is presented.
Amicus Briefs express the
position of the Human Rights Defender on issues raised. These include the
discussions by the Defender on individual complaints, as well as the analysis
on the rights and freedoms as a result of monitoring, the international
principles and criteria on the constitutionality of the particular issue
