On
June 8, the Human Rights Defender Ms. Anahit Manasyan paid a working visit to
Shirak province. A tour was conducted on
the premises of the Child and Family Support Center of Shirak province SNCO of
the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, where children in
difficult life situations receive care and support.
The
Defender got acquainted with the children's living conditions, programs aimed
at children's development, and inquired about their daily life. The children
were introduced to the procedure of applying to the Defender in person.
Thereinafter,
the Defender watched the play Alice in Wonderland with the students of the
Center at the Vardan Achemyan State Drama Theater of Gyumri.
