the eminent domain recognition process serious violations of right to property
took place.
Renovation
of the residence cannot be accepted when conducted by fundamental human rights violations,
neglecting or circumventing laws increasing poverty level.
The Human
Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said today at the National Assembly while referring
to the issue of protection of right to property during the eminent
domain recognition process.
