The Project is implemented with the grant support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Project aims to develop the administrative capacity of the staff of the Human Rights Defender's Office to discuss complaints on violations of consumer rights by the organizations operating in the public service sector, as well as to raise awareness of the Defender's role, mandate, and new functions among the beneficiaries and society.
Within the framework of the Project, an ad hoc report of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia on the protection of the consumer rights in the field of public services was developed and published, informative videos on topics related to consumer rights were prepared and broadcasted, experience exchange visits were conducted, as well as an international conference dedicated to the protection of consumer rights in the field of public services was held.
