Launched in 2018
The Project is implemented with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Armenia and Georgia.
The Project aims to support the Office of the Human Rights Defender to evaluate and monitor the development and implementation of the Probation Service in Armenia, as well as to study the legislative regulations related to the field and their practical enforcement.
Within the framework of the Project, a comprehensive study of legislative and practical issues of the activities of the Probation Service in Armenia was carried out and based on the results, an ad hoc report of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia on monitoring of the activities of the Probation Service of the Republic of Armenia was developed.
