The
citizen asked the Human Rights Defender’s support in receiving her third
child’s birth allowance.
In
particular, the family received only the half of the third child’s allowance
for the amount of 500.000 AMD. According to the documents, the other part of
the allowance was allocated to child’s father.
After
the divorce, with the support of the Human Rights Defender, the dispose of the
money was transferred to the mother who takes care of the child.
“Every
month the allocated money gives me an opportunity to use it in the interest of
my child”, says Marine Avalyan.
