Ms.
Klara Hovhannisyan, Assistant to the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of
Armenia, Contact Officer responsible for Internal and External Whistleblowing
and Anti-Corruption Programs, was hosted by the Public Radio's "Your
Advocate" program.
During
the interview, the following issues were discussed:
• the powers and main
directions of the Human Rights Defender's activities within the framework of
protecting the rights of whistleblowers and persons affiliated with them,
• the procedure for summarizing
and publishing the report and statistics related to whistleblowing by the Human
Rights Defender within the framework of her annual report,
• the application of special
protection measures to the whistleblowers and persons affiliated with them, and
other relevant issues.
