Today, the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan met with the students
of Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences.
Arman Tatoyan presented the Human Rights Defender’s working principles
and directions, public awareness-raising activities and the new technologies used
for that purpose.
During the
meetings organized within the framework of “Promoting Human Rights Protection
in Armenia for All” project funded by the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID), the Human Rights Defender reflected on issues related
to economic and social empowerment of women and persons with disabilities.
An agreement was reached with the Rector of the University
Karine Harutyunyan on further expanding the cooperation.
