On 5-6
October, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Human Rights
Defender’s Office organized a training for journalists in Tsaghkadzor.
Arman
Tatoyan presented the Human Rights Defender’s working principles and
directions, as well as the state of human rights protection in closed
institutions.
During
the second day of the training, expert Ara Ghazaryan presented to the
journalists the legal regulations and international standards on freedom of
speech and private life. During the training, the journalists also discussed a
number of issues related to human rights protection.
