community in Armenia,

the occasion of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah. I wish that the New Year
for the Jewish community would be a year of happiness, prosperity, achievements
and peace.
I wish your community a happy and
productive year in our country, which guarantees the protection of the rights
of national minorities.
As the Human Rights Defender of
Armenia, I express my readiness to provide full support to any person in the
Jewish community in realization of their rights as full-fledged citizens participating
in the public life of our country.
Let us preserve strong and
centuries-old relation between Armenian and Jewish people.
