A citizen applied to the Human Rights Defender requesting support in registering his right to property for an inherited plot of land.
The applicant reported, that as a result of documents he presented to the Real Estate Cadastre of the RA State Revenue Committee, the state committee had decided to suspend the registration process of his right to property.
In the course of the Defender’s Office discussion procedure, it emerged that that the reason for this decision was that the citizen had not presented all of the necessary documents.
The Defender’s representative presented the citizen the RA legal requirements, the importance of submitting the necessary legal documents. As a result, the citizen presented all the required documents and had his right to property registered.
