On
March 5, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Ms. Anahit
Manasyan, received Director of the Armenian Office of the Raoul Wallenberg
Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law Ms. Laura Milne.
During
the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed. Welcoming
the guest, the Human Rights Defender expressed her gratitude to the Raoul
Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law for the stable and
effective cooperation and for the joint programs implemented together.
In
turn, Ms. Laura Milne expressed gratitude for the reception, highly
appreciating the Defender's activities in ensuring human rights. The parties
agreed to continue the implementation of joint initiatives.
