A
consultation was held in the Human Rights Defender’s Office, led by the Human
Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia Ms. Anahit Manasyan.
The
heads of the divisions presented the Defender ongoing activities and the
programs outlined in the near future. Issues related to the methodology of
organizing activities were discussed.
Ms.
Anahit Manasyan addressed the proper organization of the admission process of
citizens and the study of applications and complaints received by them and
noted that the benchmark set for the protection of human rights in the
structure should be further raised through daily work, and every citizen in
need should receive support within the framework of her mandate.
At
the end of the consultation, Ms. Anahit Manasyan gave relevant instructions and
outlined important areas of activity.
