On
July 23, the Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan received Thierry Ribaux, the
Head of the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in
Armenia, on the occasion of the end of his mission in Armenia.
Corina
Eggenberger, Protection coordinator of the ICRC office, and Arpine Arakelyan,
legal advisor, also participated in the meeting.
Anahit
Manasyan highly appreciated the level of cooperation of the Human Rights
Defender's Office with the ICRC in Armenia and emphasized the importance of the
organization's work.
The
Defender highlighted the importance of ensuring the continuity of programs and
events implemented in cooperation with the ICRC delegation in Armenia.
In
turn, Thierry Ribaux expressed his gratitude to the Defender for the reception
and reaffirmed the ICRC's commitment to continue the cooperation.
