My Congratulations on International Children's Day.
This holiday is another occasion to highlight the
importance of protecting children's rights. As the Human Rights Defender,
protection of children's rights is one of my priorities.
The role of the state in ensuring and protecting
children's rights is huge.
From the viewpoint of protection of children's rights,
taking comprehensive and effective measures to create a favorable educational
environment, including fighting against bullying and intolerance, is paramount.
Dear colleagues, I would also like to emphasize the role
of our exemplary behavior for children. We must always remember that children
do not often listen to us, but they imitate us perfectly.
Dear children, once again I congratulate you on your
holiday. Let there be no lack of sincere smiles and love in your world of
childhood."
