On April 25, according to the information spread in the
media and social platforms, as well as the alarm received on the hotline of the
Human Rights Defender, a group of people protesting in different parts of
Yerevan and Tavush region were apprehened.
On the instructions of the Defender, a rapid response
groups went to Police departments, including the department of Noyemberyan, to
visit the apprehended persons and to get acquainted with the state of ensuring
their rights on the spot.
On
the instructions of the Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan, the HRD representatives
visited the Noyemberyan Medical Center and are currently visiting the member of
parliament Garnik Danielyan.
