Information was spread in the media and social networks
that the arrested Samvel Vardanyan was brutally beaten by a group of masked
persons on the way to the place of arrest.
On the instructions of the Human Rights Defender Anahit
Manasyan, the representatives of the Defender are currently at the place of
arrest of the Yerevan City Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal
Affairs, in order to visit Samvel Vardanyan.
