"March 21 is celebrated all over the world as the
world day of "suns" for people with Down syndrome.
Due to the celebration of the day, I would like to remind
once again the commitment of the state to ensure everyone's participation in
public life on an equal basis and effective social inclusion.
The state must take active measures to guarantee the
unimpeded realization of the right of people with Down syndrome to live
independently and to be included in the community.
This day is another opportunity for each of us to realize
the necessity and importance of forming an inclusive society."
