wish you a Happy New Year and a Merry Christmas.
2023
was a difficult and challenging year: the events of September, and the
tremendous work aimed at protecting the rights of forcibly displaced persons
from Nagorno-Karabakh, to which my Office and I have committed ourselves to our
full potential.
At
the same time, with a small staff who is dedicated to the values of the rule of
law, we guaranteed the process aimed at solving the remaining issues related to
the human rights protection system.
Let
2024 be a year of peace, the strengthening of the values of rule of law and
achievements.
Dear
colleagues,
I
wish that next year we will continue to fulfill our mission together with the
same dedication and willingness, for the sake of the noble ideas of both
protection of human rights and the rule of law.
