On
October 27, the staff of the Human Rights Defender participated in the expert
discussion based on the activities of the International Committee of the Red
Cross at the ICRC Yerevan office.
During
the discussion, reference was made to the main principles of international
humanitarian law, the practices of ICRC and the main directions of activity in
Armenia.
It
was agreed to regularly share best practices in addressing the needs of
vulnerable groups.
