The Human Rights Defender and the representative of UNICEF in
Armenia visited the Humanitarian Station based in the Kornidzor settlement.
Anahit Manasyan and Christine Weigand followed the process of
assessing the primary needs of forcibly displaced people, engaged in discussion
with the staff, including medical workers.
The Defender Anahit Manasyan emphasized once again that the
protection of the rights of people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh to
the Republic of Armenia is under her immediate attention.
The fact-finding activities regarding the forcibly displaced
persons are ongoing.
