safety of the participants of gathering and refrain from using excessive force.
The Defender emphasizes that the use of physical force or special measures can
only occur when grounds provided by the law exist, strictly in accordance with
the specific situation.
The
Defender urges the participants of assemblies to exercise restraint, ensuring
the peaceful conduct of the gathering in alignment with legal requirements.
We

operating in an emergency mode. Our staff is actively engaged in monitoring and
conducting examinations.
The

where the assemblies are taking place: on the instruction of the Defender the
rapid response group visited the medical center.
