On
September 17, the day of the election of Yerevan Council of Elders, the Human
Rights Defender's office has been operating since early morning. The hotline
also operates 24 hours a day, providing legal advice to citizens and ensuring a
quick response when necessary.

exercise of electoral rights can be reported to the Defender through the
