“Dear
pupils, students, teachers, lecturers and parents,
I congratulate all of us on the occasion of
Knowledge Day.
The 1st of September marks the beginning of the
academic year, signifying the start of a journey towards acquiring knowledge
and pursuing new goals. Knowledge is the powerful force that helps to build our
future properly by enriching the human mind and soul. Thanks to knowledge and
quality education, it is possible to create an atmosphere of tolerance, in
which respect for the dignity and rights of every citizen will be guaranteed,
and the structures necessary for the realization of these rights will be provided.
In order to achieve this, it is important to improve the teaching methodology,
to carry out activities aimed at increasing legal awareness. Ensuring the realization of universal
inclusive education, a safe environment for children and accessible physical
conditions, as well as the proactive prevention of bullying in educational
institutions, is also a priority, which requires consistent work and great
dedication from each of us.
Congratulations once again on the commencement
of the new academic year. I wish you a year filled with success and fruitful
endeavors.
