The Human Rights Defender’s office started an
exemination, immediately after the dissemination of the video of violence
against the child was spread on the Internet.
Based on the best interest of the child, the Defender
urges not to spread the video that appeared on social networks, refraining from
publishing the personal information identifying the child.
The Defender especially emphasizes that the best interest
of each child is a priority. The state has an obligation to take necessary and
sufficient measures to guarantee the protection of child from violence.
The Defender will address letters to the competent state
bodies with the request to take necessary actions within their jurisdiction.
