A consultation was held on May 19 led by Human Rights
Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Ms. Anahit Manasyan.
The consultation was attended by the heads and employees
of all divisions of the Human Rights Defender’s Office. The discussion focused
on methodological aspects of work organization.
Ms. Anahit Manasyan paid special attention to the proper
organization of the citizen reception process and the effective handling of
their applications and complaints, and emphasized that every person who applies
to the Human Rights Defender must receive an individual and professional,
high-quality approach.
At the end of the consultation, Ms. Anahit Mnasyan gave
necessary instructions.
