Question: Have you received the videos mentioned by the EU Special Representative Mr. Toivo Klaar, which, according to the Azerbaijani side, depict evidence of inhuman treatment of Azerbaijani servicemen by the Armenian armed forces?
Response: We would like to inform that the Human Rights Defender Ms. Kristinne Grigoryan has received the videos from the EU Special Representative Mr. Toivo Klaar which earlier were mentioned in his Twitter microblog. Regarding these videos the Human Rights Defender has requested clarifications from law enforcement bodies.
At the same time the Defender had been informed back in 2021, that criminal cases have been initiated by Armenian law enforcement bodies in relation to alleged cases of war crimes committed during the 44-day war in 2020.
