The
Los Angeles, California-based Asbarez daily referred to the visit of the Human
Rights Defender of Armenia Mr. Arman Tatoyan to the United States.
The
meetings and discussions during the visit are presented in detail, the main
topics of which were the urgent need to create a demilitarized security zone to
protect the rights of the population of Armenia, as well as violations of the
rights of Armenian servicemen and civilians by the Azerbaijani armed forces,
including the issue of their responsibility for the tortures and atrocities,
and the urgency of the return of the captives.
