In almost all the
videos, the Azerbaijani servicemen commit atrocities against Armenian servicemen and
civilians, maim their
bodies, torture, and behead them alive with their faces revealed. They are simply convinced that they will remain
unpunished for all the war crimes committed by them.

The radio program about the war crimes of
the Azerbaijani servicemen, the fact-finding activities of the Human Rights
Defender, and the human rights situation was broadcast by the following German
