The
Human Rights Defender sent an official letter about the speeches of the
President of Azerbaijan, which are evidences of the policies of Armenophobia
and enmity, to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,
The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance, the Commissioners
for Human Rights UN and CoE, and a number of other international bodies.
This
time, it concerns the April 2021 speeches of the President of Azerbaijan.
In
the sent speeches, The President of Azerbaijan speaks in the language of use of
force and threats, using words that demean the dignity of the entire Armenian
people, the entire population of Armenia and Artsakh, they are of a terrifying
nature, and are causing tensions in the Armenian society. In his speeches, he
emphasizes the supposed superiorities of the Azerbaijani people.

process initiated by the Human Rights Defender of Armenia will be continuous;
the speeches and messages of the President of Azerbaijan are subject to special
monitoring.
The goal of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia is to demonstarte the genocidal policy of the Azerbaijani authorities,
which is a cause of gross human rights violations, is a serious threat of new
atrocities and endangers peace and security.
