Rights Defender Mr. Arman Tatoyan and the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Mr. Artak
Beglaryan conducted joint fact-finding activities in Artsakh, which was also
attended by the Baroness of the United Kingdom Mrs. Caroline Cox.

Mrs. Caroline Cox was accompanied by international journalists and experts.
The Baroness and her team
recorded on the spot the atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
since September 27, 2020 and, in general, war crimes and crimes against
humanity committed by them, which were intended to grossly violate the rights
to life, health, property and many other rights of peaceful population of
Artsakh – the ethnic Armenians.
