Today,
the Human Rights Defender Mr. Arman Tatoyan met with the President of Armenia
Mr. Armen Sargsyan.
Arman
Tatoyan presented to the President the observations on targeting the civilian
population of both Artsakh and Armenia by Azerbaijan, which is absolute
violation of the Geneva conventions and customary international humanitarian
law.
Moreover,
the attacks are accompanied by hate speech and calls for violence against
ethnic Armenians.
Arman
Tatoyan informed the President of the Republic that from the very first moment
of the attacks he was effectively cooperating with the Artsakh Human Rights
Defender.
