The citizen
requested the Human Rights Defender’s assistance in lifting the freezing
injunction imposed on his salary account.
According
to the applicant, the Compulsory Enforcement Service imposed a freezing
injunction on his salary account in the amount of 100% of the salary.
As a result
of the rapid response by the Human Rights Defender and cooperation with the Compulsory
Enforcement Service, the freezing injunction on the citizen’s salary account
was completely lifted considering the State of Emergency declared due to the
novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
