The
pensioner requested the Human Rights Defender’s assistance in lifting the
freezing injunction imposed on his pension.
According
to the applicant, the Compulsory Enforcement Service imposed a freezing
injunction on his pension account in the amount of 100% of the pension. As
a result, he was unable to manage his money.
As a result
of the rapid response by the Human Rights Defender, in the condition of the
State of Emergency declared due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic,
the freezing injunction on the citizen’s salary account was completely lifted.
