The Human Rights
Defender of Armenia joins the call of his colleague, the Commissioner for Human
Rights in the Russian Federation Ms. Tatiana Moskalkova, that all issues should
be resolved in accordance with legal mechanisms.
We agree with the RF Commissioner
for Human Rights that incitement to hatred and physical violence on the basis
of ethnicity is unacceptable, that it undermines the foundations of human
rights and freedoms, can lead to massive violations and irreparable loss.
We will be in touch
with our Russian colleagues concerning the issues on protection of the rights
of our compatriots.
