At the Human Rights Defender’s instruction, 3 additional rapid response
groups visited the RA Police Arabkir unit and other units with regard to the apprehension of
persons conducting civil activities.
Private
interviews will be held with the apprehended persons in the Police units, and the
grounds of their apprehension, the state of the protection of their rights, as
well as the documents prepared by the Police will be examined.
The Office
of the Human Rights Defender monitors the recent developments from the early
morning.
