Every human
rights issue is at the center of my attention, regardless of whether I respond publicly
to it or not.
I urge all social
media users not to share the photo of the girl regardless of whether her face
is closed or not. Given the peculiarities of the particular case, I urge to
remove the photo and the copies with insulting comments in case you have shared
it.
As the
Prime Minister of Armenia has removed the photo from his page and published a
clarifying post, I no longer see a need to address that issue.
While
publishing posts, public figures should always consider that no matter how
legitimate the pursued aim is, the post can violate the right of a particular
person.
