At the
Defender’s instruction and based on a number of hot line calls received by the
Office of the Human Rights Defender, including those received from the Adekvad initiative
(«Ադեկվադ» միաբանություն), rapid response groups
were sent to the RA Police Central Division and its Marash subdivision.
Private
interviews will be held with the apprehended persons, the grounds of their
apprehension and the state of the protection of their rights will be examined.
