The
Human Rights Defender published an ad hoc report with regard to the shootings
in the direction of borderline Berkaber village of Tavush region.
The
Human Rights Defender recorded numerous traces of damages in a civilian house,
conducting exclusively human-rights-based activities. The fact-finding
activities showed that the shootings are carried out in a manner dangerous for
the life and health of the village’s population, including children.
The
report will be sent to international organizations, relevant state bodies of
Armenia and human rights NGOs.
