In
the context of citizen-state relations, there are two fundamental challenges.
☑️ The goal of the state
government should be to guarantee human rights, to consider a person as the
highest value. However, in some cases, representatives of state bodies,
including law enforcement agencies, do not exercise their powers within the
framework of the mentioned perceptions.
☑️ Citizens' perceptions are
often not appropriate regarding the limits of their rights and opportunities:
in some cases, the citizens do not imagine that there are limits to the
exercise of their rights and the exercise of the power of the people.
