The European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) was established in Norway in 1997.

The aim of ENOC is to ensure and promote the protection and full implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Republic of Armenia is a full member of the European Network of Ombudspersons for Children since 2018.
