Today,
the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany, Michael Johannes Banzhaf.
Arman
Tatoyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming this important mission. The
Human Rights Defender spoke about the productive cooperation established with the
German Embassy in Armenia and reflected on the results of an exchange program
for the journalist in Germany.
During
the meeting, reference was made to the Defender’s working principles and
directions, the awareness raising activities regarding the protection of
women’s rights, etc.
The parties
agreed to further enhance the established cooperation.
