The number of cases, concerning the Defender’s competence, that were positively resolved by the Human Rights Defender’s Office increased 4 times.
Specifically, the comparative data of individual or collective cases of the past five years shows that complaints that received positive results were 385 in 2014, 498 in 2015, 444 in 2016, in 2017 that figure almost doubled reaching 845, as for 2018, this number increased to 1593, which was 748 or 88.5% more than in 2017.
As of September 17, 2019, the number of complaints with the positive resolution has reached 1039, which is 51 or 5.2% more than in the same period of the previous year.
