By the instruction of the Human Rights Defender, an
examination of the
draft legislative package on the judicial authority prepared by the RA Ministry of Justice
is initiated at the Defender’s Office.
Given that the issues presented in the legislative package
encompass important principals from the human rights viewpoint, recommendations
with concrete solutions will be developed as well.
The examination will be carried out guided by the international
standards and experience of other countries.
The results will be submitted to the Government and
will also be published.
