According to the assessment of the Human Rights Defender, conditions of the penitentiary institution are insufficient for carrying out the medical examination necessary to Manvel Grigoryan and providing proper medical care.
Considering the opinion of his doctor, according to which Manvel Grigoryan’s health condition is serious but stabilized, the doctor’s prescription thereof, as well as the professional examination of Manvel Grigoryan’s medical records at the Office of the Human Rights Defender, it was recorded that the further treatment of Manvel Grigoryan is possible to continue only in a civilian hospital.
