A number of employees of the
Armenian branch of "Sanitek" LLC have applied to the Human Rights
Defender for receiving their money.
Examination of the complaints
revealed that in the case of a citizen the company failed to transfer the
annual vocation payment, in case of three other citizens - their temporary
disability benefit, and in case of two other citizens - the vacation and final
payments.
Written letters were addressed to
the Yerevan Municipality to receive clarification. The Human Rights Defender
has been informed that the Armenian branch of "Sanitek" LLC has
already paid the amounts required to the citizens.
