The 2018 annual report of the Human
Rights Defender includes both practical and legislative issues with regard to
pensions. Systematic issues have been raised based on the complaints addressed
to the Human Rights Defender.
Examining the recorded issues, the
Defender also presented solutions to those issues in the annual report.
