The Human Rights Defender has
published informative leaflets and posters aimed at the prevention of torture
and ill-treatment in places of deprivation of liberty. The mandate of the Human
Rights Defender as the National Preventive Mechanism, as well as the procedure
of submitting applications to the Defender are presented in an accessible way.
The persons deprived of liberty,
as well as servicemen of places of deprivation of liberty will be provided with
informative leaflets and posters.
